No travel charge conditions

• Travel charges are only waived on tan parties of 5 friends or more.
• Tan parties for less than 5 friends will incur travel charges.
• “40miles from Inverness” refers to the road mileage from Dores, Inverness to your tan party location as agreed at time of booking.
• Amendments to tan party location and/or number of friends attending must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tan party. 
• Cancellations and or amendments may incur additional charges.

Loyalty Card Conditions

• The loyalty card is valid for the named person only.
• To qualify for the half price tan, 5 (FIVE) full price tan stamps must appear on the card.
• The loyalty card has no cash value.
• The half price tan offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Photocopies of the loyalty card are not accepted.
• It is the named holders’ responsibility to keep the loyalty card safe.  Lost or stolen cards cannot be redeemed.

24hour cancellation notice is required or £10 will be charged on individual bookings.
Cancellations must be confirmed by myself.
Any Tan Party bookings will require an agreed non-refundable deposit by cheque or by paypal. (Approximately £5 per guest.) Effective 01/08/08
