Spray Tanning Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use and accessing this website.
By making a booking or purchasing any products you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Deposit

A £22 per person deposit is required for all Bookings of 4 or more people.
This is refundable if your party is cancelled within the specified time set.

On days of the year when demand for my service is high in the months of May, June, July, August, October and December then individual client bookings may be also be asked for a £22 deposit, especially if you live out of town.

Your Cancelation Rights

The following applies to all appointments made with myself between Monday to Saturday.

I require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
This is so I have time to contact the people on my cancelation list and they have time to prepare for their appointment.

If your space cannot be filled then please be aware that you will still be charged £22.

If you are not at home/forgotten about your appointment then you will still be charged £22

If part of a booking is changed once I arrive without prior notice been given then charges will apply.

How to cancel or change your appointment

Please call me on 07917428671 as you MUST speak with me in person in order to cancel or change your appointment.
If you are calling but unfortunately I am very busy with clients then please send me a TEXT MESSAGE with all the relevant details and I will call you back within the hour.
If you do not hear back from me within this time period, then please try calling me again.

Please do not leave me a voicemail message as I often do not receive them in time.
If you need to make amendments out with my office hours then you have the right to do this by email BUT please follow this with a phone call if you do not receive a confirmation email back from me.

The Offer is only valid in certain months which are stated on the coupon and again below.

Tan Party Terms

Amendments to individual & tan party locations and/or number of friends attending must be made at least 48 hours prior to my visit.
If a member of your tanning party does not show at the time of your appointment, then YOU the Host will be liable for their £22 if a deposit has not been taken for them.

Under 18's Terms and Conditions

Parties for under 18's must be supervised by at least one adult. Under 18's must provide a signed letter of parental permission which must be brought with to the party, if a letter is not produced we reserve the right to not spray tan the individual, or i may ask that a responsible adult attending the party sign the individual's consultation card.

Tan-Talising’s Rights

I reserve the right to change any prices, special offers and/or conditions at any time.
By using my website it is your responsibility to check if there have been any changes made and if you do not agree to any change then you must stop using the website and/or my services.

I reserve the right to modify or withdraw any details on this website at any time without prior notice.
I will not be held liable to you or any third parties for any changes made.

Any changes to prices or offers do not affect individual tans or tan parties that are already booked.
I cannot be held responsible for any clothing that may become discoloured by the Tanning Solution.

I do not offer a next day refund if you are happy with your Spray Tan before I leave your home as there has been nothing wrong with the paid for application.
If however you are dissatisfied in any way, then please contact me as I will do what I can to help resolve the issue.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher.
I am not responsible for any gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery.
Please make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
I will despatch your gift voucher as soon as payment has been cleared.

I am afraid I can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
Voucher must be given back to me at time of Appointment. If you have not got the voucher then you will be charged for the Spray Tan again.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to me are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Tan-Talising Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment
Upon receiving your order, and receiving a confirmation receipt from Paypal that the goods have been paid for, I will ship out your goods by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery in a Bubble Filled envelope to ensure no Damage to the Product.
You can buy products direct from me when I come round as I have stock in the car.

A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it may not possible for you to collect your order in person from my home address.

Product Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return your item purchased from Tan-Talising Mobile Spray Tanning and Beauty and a Full Refund Given!
Returns must be made in writing and within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods.
Refunds will only be provided if the products are returned unused and in perfect condition.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.
