Minx Nails Terms and Conditions

Deposit

I ask that everyone pays a £10 non refundable deposit when booking in for a Minx Nails Treatment.
This is to cover the cost of the Minx being specially ordered in for your appointment.

This can be done by going into the Minx Nails Prices Page and clicking on the PayPal payment button.
You do not need to have a PayPal account as I accept all major credit cards.

Please Note

Minx may not be available on a Thursday or Friday evening due to my Spray Tanning Appointments.
Minx Individual Offer does not apply to any Spray Tan Parties.
Amendments to Individual & Minx party locations and/or number of friends attending must be made at least 48 hours prior to my visit.
When Rockness is on, I am afraid that Minx Nails will only be available on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Your Cancelation Rights

As a courtesy to me & to my other clients, I require a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours. Cancellations must be confirmed by speaking with me in person. If 48 hours notice has been given, and you have re-scheduled your appointment to another date within 2 weeks, then your £10 deposit can still be used.

How to cancel or change your appointment

Please call me on 07917428671 as you MUST speak with me in person in order to cancel or change your appointment.
If you are calling but unfortunately I am very busy with clients then please send me a TEXT MESSAGE with all the relevant details and I will call you back within the hour.
If you do not hear back from me within this time period, then please try calling me again.

Please do not leave me a voicemail message as I often do not receive them in time.
If you need to make amendments out with my office hours then you have the right to do this by email BUT please follow this with a phone call if you do not receive a confirmation email back from me.

Tan-Talising’s Rights

I reserve the right to change any prices, special offers and/or conditions at any time.
By using my website it is your responsibility to check if there have been any changes made and if you do not agree to any change then you must stop using the website and/or my services.

I reserve the right to modify or withdraw any details on this website at any time without prior notice.
I will not be held liable to you or any third parties for any changes made.

Any changes to prices or offers do not affect individual minx nail or minx nail parties that are already booked.

I do not offer a next day refund if you are happy with your Minx Nails before I leave your home as there has been nothing wrong with the paid for Beauty Treatment.
If however you are dissatisfied in any way, then please contact me as I will do what I can to help resolve the issue.
