Flip-in-Hair Terms
By making a booking or purchasing any products you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Deposit
A 50% non refundable deposit is required when I am with you to order your hair extension. This can be paid in either cash or cheque. The remaining amount will be required upon delivery.
Availability
I aim for all orders placed to be with me within 2- 3 days from headquarters.
Exception - If you order after noon on a Friday then it is most likely that your extension will not be sent out till Monday so I should deliver by Thursday at the latest.
Should I not be able to meet the above, you will be informed of alternative delivery arrangements as soon as possible. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in your order.
If your hair extension is being specially blended for you then delivery may be longer than previously stated. I will let you know when to expect your hair extension once I have this confirmed with headquarters.
Flip-in Hair reserves the right to change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at their sole discretion, if this happens to your order, you will be entitled to a Full Refund.
Postage
Tan-Talising Mobile Spray Tanning and Beauty pay the postage charges from headquarters to our salon. If you require Tan-Talising to post your hair extension to you, then you will be charged £5 per Extension.
Collection/Delivery
When your Flip-in Hair extension arrives, I will contact you immediately by text and you can let me know which of the following options you wish to choose.
If I am going to be in your area that day I will deliver the extension to your home at no extra charge.
If I have to make a special delivery to your home, you will be charged an extra £5
If you wish to collect your hair extension from myself then please come to North Wing, Darris Farmhouse, Scaniport, Inverness, Highland, IV2 6DN
Hair Products
Tan-Talising Mobile Spray Tanning and Beauty will not accept responsibility if any hair is put in incorrectly, cared for incorrectly or is damaged due to perming, colouring or cutting. I recommend that the instructions should be read or sought before use. I recommend that 'professional products' should be used by trained hair extension stylists or hair extension professionals who have been trained in the use of hair extensions.
I would recommend that the correct colour match of hair is purchased, some brand of human hair products state that the hair can by dyed however I do not recommend any dying of hair extensions but have your hair dyed to match the extension should you need too. Please make sure that you are happy with the shade(s) chosen from the colour ring, to ensure you are choosing the correct colour shade before your final purchase so the correct colour reaches you first time.
Tan-Talising’s Rights
I reserve the right to change any prices, special offers and/or conditions at any time. By using my website it is your responsibility to check if there have been any changes made and if you do not agree to any change then you must stop using the website and/or my services.
I reserve the right to modify or withdraw any details on this website at any time without prior notice. I will not be held liable to you or any third parties for any changes made. Any changes to prices or offers do not affect orders already placed.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to the UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to me are true and accurate.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If your extension is faulty in any way or items are missing from your package, then you must notify me in writing by email. All goods purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
This is only on the condition that they have not been used and are undamaged in their original packaging. Please email me for return details, jacquitan@tan-talising.co.uk
I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and I will only refund on items received.
For items requiring refund or exchange please be aware that there is a handling charge of £10 to cover postage and payment charges which can be paid by cheque or by clicking the appropriate payment button within the Flip-in Hair Prices Page.
If you order a hair extension but then change your mind and wish to order another hair extension then please be aware that a handling charge of £10 will be required.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your goods after I have already confirmed the order with Headquarters then please be aware that you will lose your 50% deposit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
